The St. John’s College 1Card is the official identification card of St. John’s College. It is issued to all members of the College Community and is required for identification and access to essential campus services. It also offers a convenient account for making purchases on and around campus. All students, faculty, and staff at St. John’s College are currently eligible to receive a St. John’s College 1Card.
Students will receive the new 1Card upon registration.
Immediately report the lost or stolen card to the Office of Public Safety located in the Pinkey Access Building. There will be a $25 replacement fee to be paid at the Student Accounts office located in Randall Hall. A receipt will be provided and has to be presented to the Assistance Dean office to receive a new badge.

You will receive a new card from the Assistance Dean office located in Mellon Hall Daily from 2 – 4PM.

You can also suspend your St. John’s College 1Card by logging into your account at the Cardholder Account Center.
Campus Cash is a cashless, prepaid spending account on your St. John’s College 1Card that is accepted around the St. John’s College campus. You must add value to your account before using Campus Cash to make purchases. You must have sufficient value available in your Campus Cash account to pay for each transaction. Each time you use your Campus Cash account, the amount of the transaction will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value than you have. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year to year.
Your 16-digit Campus Cash # is located on the front of your St. John’s College 1Card below your SJC ID #..
Your SJC ID # is located on the front of your St. John’s College 1Card. Your SJC ID # is not your social security number, it is a unique number that varies in length and can be up to 6 digits.
The bar code sticker on the back of your St. John’s College 1Card enables you to check out materials from the Annapolis Greenfield Library. Campus Cash can be used to pay library fines.
Both accounts are accessed by your St. John’s College 1Card.

The meal plan is a nutritionally balanced dining program available to those who wish to take advantage of a guaranteed number of meals per semester. All residential students are required to participate in a Meal Plan. Meal Plan units are only accepted at the Randall Dining Hall. Meals must be used during the semester in which they are purchased and do not carry over from semester to semester or the following academic year.

Campus Cash is a prepaid spending account offering a safe and convenient way to make purchases on campus. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash. Campus Cash is accepted as a form of payment at many campus locations. Campus Cash is welcomed at all campus dining locations and can supplement Meal Plans for students who purchased these options. Value in Campus Cash rolls over from semester to semester and year to year for as long as you are a member of the St. John’s College community.

Funds transferred by debit/credit card are available instantly. Check deposits are available on the business day received. If a check is returned to us by your financial institution for insufficient funds, the deposit will be reversed from your Campus Cash account and a Returned Payment/Check fee will be assessed. If the Returned Payment/Check fee creates a negative balance in your account, you will be contacted to make another payment to the account.
At campus locations, Campus Cash works much like a debit or credit card. Just present your St. John’s College 1Card for payment to the attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a terminal and the transaction authorized. You will need to sign a printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self-service locations, such as laundry and print facilities, simply insert your card in the terminal.
Campus Cash can be used at Randall Dining Hall, McDowell Hall Coffee Shop, Annapolis Campus Bookstore, Annapolis Greenfield Library, and is the only way to pay at laundry facilities, student computer labs and to purchase the Campus Manual on campus. Cardholder suggestions are welcome and encouraged. Recommendations can be sent via e-mail to our recruitment department. Please include the name of the location and why you would like to see them join the program.

The Terms and Conditions outline program policies and terms of use for the Campus Cash account. They are available for review via a link in the footer of every page on this site.
Go to the Campus Cash Cardholder Account Center. Under the Login button, click [Forgot your username or password?] and follow the instructions.
When you swipe your card at the Laundry Controller, it will ask for the number of the machine you are using. Once you enter the number, it will authorize funds from your Campus Cash account.
You may request a refund of your Campus Cash Account when you graduate, withdraw, or leave St. John’s College. Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be submitted to the College’s card program service provider in writing by emailing mycard@stjohnscollege1card.com.

If the self-service machine does not work properly, you will not be charged for the transaction. If for any reason you are charged, please email us a refund request. Please include the location, date & time of the transaction(s) in question.
